The integrated memory reads up to 2,000 magnetic cards with tracks 1-2-3, up to 4,000 on two tracks and even 8,000 with only one track.
Even inexperienced staff find this device very easy to operate. Magnetic cards can be pulled at different speeds through the reading slot from both directions. The device adds a time stamp to scanned data, which is then sent to any PC with as RS232 interface. Possible applications include for instance, mobile time clocks using magnetic cards, customer and visitor management, market research and similar.
