The PD85XX uses professional megapixel optics 1,280x1,048 pixels for omni-directional scanning of all commercial 1D and 2D bar codes, sequence codes and postcodes. The scanner can be used for image-based applications, such as signature and OCR scanning. The captured image is processed immediately or is transferred to the host in various formats .bmp, .jpg, .tif.
